Jennifer Hibbard is the Chief Executive Officer of View Point Health, which provides critical behavioral health services in the Southwest Gwinnett area. Among a vast array of mental health services, View Point Health provides Gwinnett County and Norcross Police Departments with behavioral health professionals who assist officers responding to mental health emergencies. The effectiveness of View Point Health's services here in this area and throughout the county has made the program a model across the state, as local governments grapple with mental health emergencies. Jennifer will discuss this program and other mental health needs across the Southwest Gwinnett region and the state.
