Explore Gwinnett
Explore Gwinnett, the marketing brand for the Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau, is Gwinnett County's official tourism organization and is dedicated to strengthening Gwinnett County's economy by marketing the county as a destination for conventions, sporting events, meetings and leisure travel through sales, marketing and promotion.
Lisa Anders has been with the bureau since 1997, and was named Executive Director in 2011. Lisa oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the tourism office, overseeing all their destination marketing, sales and public relations efforts. Previous to being named Executive Director, she served as the Deputy Director and the Director of Marketing Communications. Lisa serves on the boards of the Georgia Association of Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Aurora Theatre, Destination Marketing International, the Gwinnett Tech Hospitality Advisory Committee and ArtWorks Gwinnett Advisory Committee! She is a Certified Destination Management Executive and a graduate of the 2013 class of Leadership Gwinnett.
Lisa is married to Jim, and has two kids, two dogs & is a University of Tennessee graduate and avid tennis player!
