Come and hear from Chicken Salad Chick President and CEO, Scott Deviney. You'll learn about the growth and success the company has experienced while remaining true to its purpose. Scott will share some of the lessons he's learned through the journey as well as a bit about franchising as one route to the American dream.

Scott Deviney has served as President and CEO since May 2015 after partnering with a private equity firm to purchase the company from the founders. Since taking over, the company has grown from 32 restaurants to over 210 spanning 17 states. Scott built a cohesive team focused on spreading joy, enriching lives, and serving others. Prior to his tenure at Chicken Salad Chick, Scott was a Wendy’s franchisee for six years, owning and operating 24 restaurants throughout Atlanta, Georgia. Before purchasing the Wendy’s business, Scott held various positions over a 13 year period in the banking industry, including roles in restaurant financing and advisory.
