State Representative- Scott Hilton
Scott will provide an update on what happened during the latest legislative session and what we might expect on the upcoming referendums.

Scott Hilton is a local Banker at a regional financial institution focused on serving small to mid-size businesses in the community. In this role, Scott helps business owners gain access to the valuable capital needed to fund their growth. Prior to a career in banking, Scott was a Financial Analyst with Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.
In his work as a State Representative, Scott serves a leadership role as Deputy Whip for the Republican caucus. He has been recognized as a ‘Legislator of the Year’ for the Georgia Association of Emergency Medical Services and the Council of Municipal Court Judges. In 2018, Scott was recognized with the SKATE Award from Gigi’s Playhouse for his work dedicated to those with special needs. Scott was also selected to attend the Center for the Advancement of Leadership Skills (CALS) through the Southern Legislative Conference.
Scott graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a double major in Finance and International Business with a minor is Psychology. During his time at Georgetown Scott enjoyed the opportunity to study abroad at Oxford University in England. Scott graduated from Emory University’s one – year accelerated MBA program with a concentration in Capital Markets.
