If you're not exactly sure what CID's (Community Improvement Districts) are, come find out. And even if you do know, come hear specifically the ways the Gwinnett Place CID is accomplishing its mission through this public-private partnership. At our August 20th coffee, Joe Allen, Executive Director of the Gwinnett Place CID, will be with us for the opening half to let us know exactly what changes are underway along Pleasant Hill Road to improve traffic flow, promote pedestrian access, coordinate safety and security, and more.
