If you are volunteering in the tent, please bring your literature / giveaways to be displayed in the tent during the event. You must be a volunteer at some time during the event to display your material.
Description
Volunteer to Promote your business at the
Norcross Red, White, and Boom Festival
Southwest Gwinnett Chamber Members, volunteer for a shift during the festival to promote the Chamber and your business. The Chamber is sponsoring a tent as a community organization to promote business in Southwest Gwinnett County and to provide a platformm for our members to promote themselves and their business.
By volunteering for just two hours between 5:30 and 9:00 you will have the opportunity to promote your products and services to a potential audience of over 20,000 people. And, we'll be finished in plenty of time for you to get settled in for the fireworks. It's going to be a hot "3rd of July" so we'll be giving out our famous "Food Fans" to visitors to our tent. This will provide a great opprtunity for you to engage with possible This year the tent will be right at the top of the park on College Street. It will also be a great place to view the FIREWORKS!
Here's the scoop from the
City of Norcross:
5 – 11 p.m. (fireworks around 9:40 p.m. or a few minutes past dusk) Downtown streets and City Hall close at 3:00 p.m.
All over downtown Norcross – Kidzone, artists and vendors are stationed downtown, while the concert and food trucks can be found at Lillian Webb Park. Best firework- viewing spot is also at Lillian Webb!
