DESCRIPTION:Pints for Bill \n\n \n\nOur cherished friend and colleague\, Bill Brown\, recently suffered some serious health challenges including the need for a second heart valve replacement and several strokes. As many of you know\, after being hospitalized for over a month he was released to a rehabilitation center and is now fighting hard to regain his strength and use of motor skills.\n\n \n\nBill has been an active and giving member in his community of Norcross\, his church (Norcross Presbyterian)\, and the Southwest Gwinnett Chamber. His many contributions go far beyond "Santa Bill" as we often refer to him\, and he is beloved and immensely appreciated at the chamber where he was a past chair and has pitched in selflessly for many years.\n\n \n\nSo many people have been asking about him and praying for him and his beautiful wife\, Jill\, and daughters\, Sarah and Jessie. In his honor\, the chamber is partnering with the American Red Cross to hold a blood drive on Friday\, July 30th at Atlanta Tech Park. We hope you'll consider honoring Bill by donating a pint of blood to others in need as he's pushing through to his recovery. We think he'd be proud!\n\n \n\nOther sponsors for the blood drive include his many friends at Atlanta Tech Park and Social Fox Brewing.
